Ingredient: Burdock, Carrot, Enoki Mushroom, Shiitake Mushroom, Glucose

(Glucose is added to avoid colour changes in the product, and for assisting faster rehydration time when added to hot water)

Storage: Room Temperature. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid humid environment. Colour changes in the product may occur depending on storage condition, however, quality and taste are not affected.

Recipe (4 Servings)

  • Assorted Vege Takikomigohan 1 Packet
  • Assorted Vege Takikomi Gohan + Can Tuna / Saba: Cook according to above recipe (without mentsuyu)
  • Miso soup porridge - boil cooked rice and water, add ingredients, followed by miso paste.
  • Add into instant soup / noodles / hot pot
  • Add into take away soup dishes for added vegetable intake
  • Rehydrate and stir fry for a vegetable dish
  • Rehydrate, strain water, eaten as salad

Recipe (4 Servings)

  • Assorted Vege Takikomigohan 1 Packet
  • Mentsuyu: Soba noodle soup base (3 times concentrated) 50ml
  • Rice 2cups(300g)             
  • Water 400ml*
  • Mix washed rice, soba sauce and water in the rice cooker.
  • Put the Assorted Vege Takikomi Gohan on top of ① and cook. (No need to wash or soak with water)
  • Stir the cooked rice & vegetables evenly upon cooked.
  • * Adjust water amount according to your preference.
